Hi!

🌸 Spring is Here—A Time for Growth and Renewal! 🌸

As we step into the new season, it's a great time to refresh our mindset and embrace new opportunities for personal growth. This month, I’ve shared insights on topics ranging from handling workplace challenges to navigating the impact of media obsession on mental health. If you’ve ever wondered how to manage stress when under scrutiny or how to bounce back from setbacks, you won’t want to miss the latest articles below. Plus, I recently joined The Daily Connoisseur to discuss practical strategies for regulating your nervous system—something we can all benefit from! 😊

On the therapy side, we’re still offering low-fee options, including weekend availability and a special $50 introductory session with our psychotherapy extern, Olivia Parsons! If you or someone you know could benefit, now is a great time to explore these options. As always, I’d love to hear your thoughts—feel free to reply and share what resonates with you. 💬💚

Looking forward to staying connected,
